Shipping and Tax

We use UPS / DHL / Bpost / 4PX / EMS etc. as our carrier. The selection is based on speed, value, cost, and location.

When will my package arrive?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, add this to purchase note. We will try our best to accommodate your request. If there are extra costs associated with your requests, we will contact you to find the best solution. International shipping time largely depends on the customs, but we have also been working hard at selecting quality carriers. Normally an international package can take 7-14 days to arrive. During the transit, we will also keep an eye on your package and contact you immediately if there are major changes. We are also compliant with the OSS and IOSS schemes for any sending into the EU (when applicable).

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally. If your location is not listed in our store, please contact us directly.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from either Belgium or China. All original artworks are shipped only from Belgium. Most of the other products are located in both locations for convenience. However, in order to control costs, some products such as rice paper, large wall arts and jewellery items are only shipped from Shanghai, China. The quality of service is the same from either of these locations. We do not use any drop shipping services.

Tax
Our products are subject to VAT, and packages that are shipped internationally are also subject to import taxes. For legal reasons we must declare the full value of the package for all international deliveries. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs or import taxes on international shipments, which are due upon arrival at the destination country. For EU customers, your import taxes (when applicable) will be directly calculated according to the OSS and IOSS schemes during purchase, which means you will not need to worry about any import duties or taxes.

Handling Fees
At the moment all handling fees are waived as a thank you for your appreciation and trust.

Damaged Packages
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. For further information, see our Return Policy.

Note
Please note that products such as ink or painting colour can only be shipped to EU countries and the UK (with a limit of 150ml).
