Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns for our original artworks. All items are final sale.
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. If you notice damage upon unpacking your edition from InkDifferent Studio, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit we will endeavour to replace the edition. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days upon delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including any digital products. The physical products must also be in the original packaging. The refund may be in the form of store credit or the original method of payment (bank transfer, paypal, etc.).
In the case of receiving wrong products, size or colour, please notify us within 7 days upon delivery with digital images of the wrong product, size or colour, so that we can package and send the correct products immediately. We will be responsible for all costs related to our mistake, and we will discuss on a case by case bases regarding the return of the wrong product.
In the case that you decide upon receiving the products that you had made a wrong decision and would like an exchange, please notify us within 7 days upon delivery of the exchange request. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any costs related to the exchange, including the returning costs, re-sending costs, and customs (when applicable). The exchange will be issued within 3 days upon receiving the returned product, re-sending payments and customs (when applicable).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate or customised, such as customised arts or jewellery. Please find a list of such items below:
- Original paintings
- Customised or personalised products
- Gift cards
- On sale products
- Some personal items including clothes and jewellery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please return the items to either China or Belgium, contact us for further details.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Materials with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
The Return and Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account (store credit), credit card or other original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your store or bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be granted digitally to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should first contact us before mailing your product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
